* Self-funded groups are not required to share Delta Dental’s enrollee notices, and may opt to use their own notices; however, these notices cannot be in conflict with Delta Dental’s practices.
** Small Business Program (SBP) client Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) will notify enrollees of their COBRA rights as necessary. SBP clients are responsible for notifying their TPA of any enrollee terminations.
