More than $15 million donated to dental schools and dental students in 2009

Last year, Delta Dental member companies around the country donated more than $15 million to dental schools, helping to refurbish a dental school’s lab, replace outdated equipment and construct new, state-of-the-art facilities. Additionally, recognizing that dental school can be the most costly health-related education to pursue, Delta Dental donated millions of dollars in scholarships and loan repayment programs for dental students.
