Your NPI will appear when using Online Services

When you access enrollee eligibility and benefits and/or submit claims, your National Provider Identifier (NPI) will be displayed, along with the associated office address that you provided when you registered your NPI with us.

If you have not yet registered your NPI with Delta Dental (or need to register additional offices), please contact your local Delta Dental member company.
